Step 1 – Log onto MyBARC by following the link on the main BARC webpage at http://www.barc.ucsb.edu/

 


 

Step 2 – Student signs into MyBARC

 


 

Step 3 – Select Gaucho E-Bill

 


 

Step 4 – Select your account

 


 

Step 5 – Add a new Parent User account

 


 

Step 6 – Enter Parent’s information

A - Student selects Login Name for Parent.

B - Student inputs Parent Email Address.

C - Student selects Parent User Password and Confirms.

D - Student Selects Yes, Indicating that Parent can login.

E - Student Selects Yes, Indicating that Parent is to receive bill notification by email.

F – Select OK


 

Step 7 – Parent can now view and pay statements
