Mac Users - Troubleshooting: Help with Your Mac

Some Mac users may be unable to view their Electronic Billing Statement on-line due to limitations of certain operating systems or browsers. We are working on solving this problem from our end. In the mean time, the following is a list of solutions that will allow you to download and view your Electronic Billing Statement.

Adobe Acrobat Required - The Gaucho E-Bill pdf file will not open using Preview. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader for Mac, download the latest version for free at www.adobe.com.

 

Safari

  1. Access https://mybarc.ucsb.edu using Safari (Parent Users: https://commerce.cashnet.com/ucsbpay)
  2. Select "Gaucho E-Bill"
  3. Select "View Bills"
  4. Open pdf using Adobe Acrobat

    If Safari does not allow you to open the pdf, then please use one of the following alternative browsers.

 

Firefox (www.getfirefox.com)

  1. Access https://mybarc.ucsb.edu using Firefox Parent Users: https://commerce.cashnet.com/ucsbpay)
  2. Select "Gaucho E-Bill"
  3. Select "View Bills"
  4. Save PDF to disk or desktop
  5. Select file and open pdf using Adobe Acrobat

Netscape (http://browser.netscape.com)

  1. Access https://mybarc.ucsb.edu using Netscape Parent Users: https://commerce.cashnet.com/ucsbpay)
  2. Select "Gaucho E-Bill"
  3. Select "View Bills"
  4. Save PDF to your disk or desktop.
  5. Select file and open pdf using Adobe Acrobat
