Gaucho E-Bill Statements are best viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe, download the latest version for free at www.adobe.com.
If you are using Internet Explorer and you are unable to View Statements, please consider the following:

On the menu bar in Internet explorer. Select Tools, and then Select Internet Options.

Click on the Security Tab at the top.

Click on Trusted Sites.

Type https://commerce.cashnet.com/ucsbpay in the text box and click Add.

Click on OK.

In the bottom portion of the Security Settings page, set the Security Level for the trusted sites zone to Low. That way any of the embedded scripts etc. in the application that might be hampered by a higher security setting should be allowed to work.

Click to View Bill.

If problem persists, your browser may be experiencing an error somewhere in the processing of the script.

Go to View menu and make sure that the Status Bar option is checked.

Click to view the bill. If the blank window shows, then check the bottom left hand corner of both CASHNet browser windows that will be open and see if either screen reports an error.

If error does display, click on the icon to pop open the error box. Click to show any detail and press Alt1 and the print screen button to get a screen shot of the error. If it looks like all the error text doesn't display, then scroll through it and make copies of screen shots.
